Hey Ladies!
I have accepted a new job......Assistant Swim Coach at Brown University! (Did I throw anyone off with the subject of the post? ;-))
I have been coaching at MIT for the last 3 seasons, on the side of my full time job, and always wanted the opportunity to coach full time. The position at Brown opened at the start of their season so they wanted to hire fast. It was a very speedy process...my first day will be Oct 25th.
Brown is in Providence, RI so I will have a 45min commute but it will be a reverse commute (most people live in RI and commute to Boston) so I shouldn't hit any traffic. I know I won't hit any at 5:00am!!! So Matt and I are going to stay in Boston for now and maybe look at moving in the summer next year. We both love living in Cambridge but it is so expensive!

My aunt lives in Rhode Island, perhaps you shall bump into her...though you would probably never be the wiser.

Kristy! My former co worker and friend from USA Swimming, Deb Whitney, is also an assistant there. She's great! Congrats that is very exciting!
